Tomáš began his career as an investment opportunity search manager in the department of German retail chain Billa (part of the Rewe Group) in the Czech Republic.
Upon returning from Britain and Australia he took the position of Real Estate Development Manager at J&T Real Estate CZ where he was responsible for preparation and realisation of commercial development projects, namely the extensive Prosek Point (40 000 m2 / EUR 35 million) and Prosek Court (10 000 m2 / EUR 12 million) complexes.
In 2006 he joined Multi Development, the biggest European commercial developer in the field of large shopping centres, which is owned by American investment company Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund. In the role of Acquisition Manager he was responsible for seeking out new investment opportunities and acquisition of projects in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. His portfolio of realised projects includes Forum Prešov (30 000 m2 / EUR 65 million) and Forum Poprad (22 000 m2 / EUR 42 million).

Michal has been active on the real estate and development market since 1998.
Until 2002 he worked as a project manager for an international consultancy firm, Gleeds, where he was responsible for the shopping centre projects realised by Danish company TK Development. Following that, he led an independent department of British consultancy firm EC Harris in Prague. During that time, his clients included Redevco, Heitman and Africa Israel Group.
He was also a key member of the international project team that managed the execution of the Palladium Shopping Centre in Prague for Austrian developer European Property Development (EPD). The Palladium project is the largest and most complex shopping centre project in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, with a total investment value in excess of EUR 200 million.
In 2005 he joined the private development company Pinnacle as head of development, and his team executed more than 230 000 m2 of logistics projects in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, with a total value in excess of EUR 100 million. At that time, Merrill Lynch Global Real Estate became the company's strategic investor.
Later, in the role of Managing Director, he executed the strategic acquisition of Pinnacle by Bahrain investment firm Arcapita Bank, which was completed in May 2008.

Since 1997, Dagmar has been active within supranational tax and legal consultancy firms. She started out at Coopers & Lybrand, and following the merger with Price Waterhouse she worked for the world's biggest audit and advisory company, PricewaterhouseCoopers, until January 2009. There, in the position of senior manager, she was responsible for the tax and legal department in the Brno office.
Within the scope of her work she has acted as a consultant to many supranational and Czech private corporations, particularly in the field of corporate tax and commercial law. She has provided consultancy services to a broad spectrum of clients ranging from industrial and manufacturing companies to those in IT, real estate and retail, as well as to financial, state and government institutions. She has a great deal of experience with companies on the domestic and the Slovak markets, as well as with investors and foreign owners from Western Europe, the USA, Japan and Russia.
She specialises in international tax planning and corporate restructuring and her broad experience in the area of mergers and acquisitions within the Czech Republic includes international aspects, due diligence project management and other integration and restructuring processes (Xella/Ytong, Slovnaft, Readymix, Kappa, On Semi, Česká Zbrojovka, Daikin, etc.).
