In 2017, we completed the modern Galerie Písek shopping center in Písek. The shopping center has 14 rental units with a sales area of more than 7,000 square meters. From the project's inception, we have taken care of the reliable operation of the shopping center, regular income and quality leases in order to actively develop and increase the future value of the entire property.
