The Envelopa Oçe Center administrative complex is a multifunctional building that will offer more than 14,000 square meters of modern office and retail space on six floors. The ergonomics and primary facilities of the building will be complemented by a covered central atrium, canteen, café, bicycle shed and more than 150 parking spots in the three basements of the building. Completion and commissioning is planned for 2021.
